2022 Carolina Beach Lifeguard Camp

We are so excited to announce the details for the 2022 CBOR Lifeguard Camp. This year we will be doing 3 separate 1 week camps for kids ages 8-11 and also kids ages 12-15.  So if your child is as excited about lifeguard camp as we are, make sure you secure your spot as they will fill up fast.

You will need to make sure that your child brings a personal water bottle, sunscreen and a towel. It is also suggested that they bring money for snacks, as they will be going up to the boardwalk for breaks during the day. On the last day of each camp, we will be having a pizza party for all of the kids.

This years dates for the lifeguard camp are:

June 13 - 17  ~  8am - 12pm

July 18 - 22  ~  8am - 12pm 

August 15 - 19  ~  8am - 12pm

Drop off and pick up info:

Campers will need to meet at the Hamlet beach access at the new lifeguard substation. Please make appropriate arrangements to have your child there on time.  Camp will begin at 8:00am daily, and they will be ready for pick-up at 12:00pm at the Hamlet beach access.

Control of Communicable Diseases:

Campers health and safety is our top priority.  If a camper is ill, appears to be ill, has been diagnosed with a communicable disease, untreated illness, or has an illness still considered contagious, please refrain from sending your child to camp. 

Campers with the following symptoms should remain home, and must not attend camp:

• Fever 100 degrees or higher
• Vomiting 
• Diarrhea
• Any unexplained rash
• Any other signs of a potential communicable disease

If your child develops any of the above symptoms while attending camp, you will be notified that you need to pick up your child immediately.

**If you wish to register your child for more than one week of camp, you must register each week separately**
